Exxon

I stopped at this Exxon station on Sunday, 1/26/25, and encountered a very abrupt and rude attendant. I witnessed him yell at another customer for not pulling their car up far enough, and then continue to rant about how “inconsiderate” they were. He tossed my credit card back at me and then rudely told me that was the “signal” that he was finished pumping my gas. He claimed to have said thank you but I did not hear him if he did. As far as I am aware, he tossed the card at me and walked away. I will not be returning to this Exxon station, as I do not want to experience this person’s extreme negativity again.

I wish I got his name but the mechanic here really helped me out. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have been able to get air back into my guests tire. He had a flat with no spare and we were able to get him and his family back to the olde mill inn thanks to this mechanic!

I didn't know full service gas stations still existed lol! We pulled up and a guy came up to the window I thought he was going to ask for something, he was pumping peoples gas.

First bad negative experience I have ever had at a gas station. We pull into the station on a Monday evening, the low fuel light is on and we're running on fumes. Most other places in the area are closed but Google says this station is open until 10pm. We pull up to the pump at 9:15pm and wait for the attendant. While we are waiting, the attendant runs to front door, locks it, then proceeds to turn off all the lights, seriously dude?!?! Thats amazingly poor customer service. The hours on the store say 9:30pm close. Luckily a Valero station in Watchungwas still open and we filled up there, washed the windshield for us. I would recommend going elsewhere for fuel.
