This is usually a good car wash but today it was a bit chaotic. They were allowing cars to enter from the adjacent side street. We were in line on Rockaway blvd where the sign is for the entrance. Since the man was letting drivers in from the side it caused some traffic jams even blocking a bus from getting onto the main road. My suggestion is make it clear that patrons must line up on Rockaway blvd not the side street to enter the carwash.

Worst car wash in the neighborhood. They tried to tell me I didn't pay for armor all had to show receipt, I have an SUV and had to ask for them to dry the top and they looked at me like I was weird . Go elsewhere. Place on rock away and 88st is small but they do a nice job. Continuing the bad trend, now they charge $1.50 extra to use a credit/debit card. Wow. Never ever going back.

Always a pleasure, never a problem, & although the guys come over right away, to pump the gas, I like to do it myself. If there is a problem, they come right over & assist. I basically drive there from Brooklyn each week to get my gas.

Horrible service. Very unprofessional staffs, stay away. I do not recommend. They rush your job and doesn't clean properly. Manager isn't manager material, hangs up the phone when someone tries to make a complaint. Cashier refuses to give her name and also hangs up. I am definitely lodging a complaint and if possible sue this business.
