You guys need to stop saying you're open 24/7 because you're not. I went out of my way for gas service ⛽️ now I'm standing around waiting for it because I'm out of gas

I feel really bad writing this because the man tried to help me the best he could but this gas station needs some serious tlc. The pump wouldn't... pump he tried like four times and I couldn't muster up enough patience to wait for him. He was the only one working and he was so sweet about everything despite appearing super flustered. A light above my head was flickering and rain was getting through the ceiling pretty much everywhere, the environment was too dystopian I felt like I was torturing this poor man, I had to get out of there. I drive an old car and I almost left without my gas cap...

The only gas station where I physically gave my card and then the attendant walked away with my card and then the scammers started calling. Attendants steal your card information so not let them walk off with it.

The attendant fueling my vehicle was standing right next to the nozzle when my gas tank started overflowing and did nothing. Only after I yelled a couple times did he realize that gas was pouring down the side of my car. He was decent enough to wipe it down. Unfortunately the two of us didn't speak the same language so communication was difficult so when I asked how much he would reimburse me he pointed to my car and mumbled as if to say there was something wrong with my car and it wasn't his fault. He promptly walked away and disappeared. First and last time I will ever go there. Not even an attempt at an apology. Un-freaking-believable!!

Saturday June 3, 2023. I had to go inside to get the attendant because they weren’t paying attention and I sat there waiting for several minutes. He never even said a word.
