You think you’re saving time by getting gas right off the highway, only to realize they have the slowest pump in NYC, which end up taking much longer

My bar is pretty low for gas, but I drove up and all the pumps available said to pay at the cashier station. I walked up to the cashier, whose window was covered and around to his door to ask him if I could prepay and use the pump. He told me to wait for one of the pumps that still had a working credit card.

The worst service that I ever seen the guy from the pump was so rude and he didn’t help me. I was empty of gas and I couldn’t put gas because he was so rude and also they don’t have credit or debit car pay.

Worst customer service ever!! So the attendant came out and got my debit card and then asked me for my pin. Meanwhile at bp I never do that. I used that same card and they use my zip code in another borough. This guy was rude from the start so I told him I’ll filled it up myself. Then he walked away all angry! Super nasty guy for no reason! Overpriced and a dangerous spot!

Disappointing and don't recommend. Stopped here to get a quick fill-up before return of a rental car at LGA. Two pumps had the receipt printer ripped out of them. Another pump was "Stopped". Yet another wasn't working. I looked for the attendant and no one was around. I finally tried to pump gas at yet another pump and the transaction went through but for $0.00 in gas. It was strange. Frankly, I was nervous that the pump was skimming my credit card. Another patron was having similar troubles as me and was frustrated. I gave up. The place is badly in need of updating and upkeep. I don't recommend it.
