New owner has been running this place perfectly the last couple years, sucks that the previous owner left him with so many bad reviews.

Awful. Wanted to get my flat checked out. Pulled up by the garage and someone came up angry at me demanding I move my car and that I “wasn’t the only one there”. I replied that maybe I should just go somewhere else and he said “Yeah maybe you should”. I have no clue who talks to customers like that. I think it was the owner as I just read some other bad reviews on him. Went across the street to Sunoco and got great service.

I've never had a gas station owner went out of his way to offer such horrible service. I asked the attendant (owner) to stop pumping after the gas is full to avoid spill. He kept pumping after it clicked 3 or 4 times, ignoring me, then said, "it's my gas station I do how I want." And walked away. If you want to be a comically horrible owner, why not say so before hand. Why take my money and then go out of your way to tell me how un-deserving of my business.

At a time when a person is stuck from a flat tire with their son in the vehicle you would expect it would be ok to seek parking at a gas station, for just a short time. Not for the night, not for a week . Not even for the day, just a few minutes. Nope. Instead the owner of this establishment, Al, came charging out cursing and yelling, pointing his finger and waving his arms, to get "off my f'in property". No concern, for potential customers. Just get the "f off my property, or I'll blow your head off". Now that is a threat. An unnecessary threat. No listening, nothing, just nasty, rude, cursing, name calling and threatening. His wife, Katie, then proceeded to rudely comment the same, with her snyde expressions and talk. For people to run an establishment that has been there for years and treat the public this way is astounding. Do not just take my word for it. Other reviews have shown the same. He has jokingly commented to a u-haul customer about causing an accident because the customer did buy the insurance. This man was extremely aggressive and his wife no better. Not a comfortable environment to be in. Uhaul and Gulf should really consider who is representing them, because this is not who you want as a front man or woman for that matter. Response- you didnt give a chance to ask. And it wasn 20. minutes. we spoke with the cops in more time than han he was parked there. As soon as he got out of the car you charged towards him cursing and yelling, threatening. You would listen you were to busy yelling and screaming to hear anything. No customer service skills. If you would have given someone a minute he would have come to the office. But he didnt even make it past his vehicle before you verbally attacked !! And WE waved down the cop at the light. Due to you and your wifes verbally aggressive, insulting and threatening remarks. As far as where the car was parked, it was parked in the parking lot section and he was going to ask if it was ok there, but again, you wouldn't even give the chance. Obviously from other reviews your attitudes and aggression is not new, it's been an issue.

Very clean, very well maintained professional gasoline station and car service center. Great for price-competitive oil change, tire rotations and routine car maintenance. Has well stocked U-Haul packing supplies and trucks for immediate rental right on site. Staff is very friendly and attentive to customer needs. As gasoline & service centers go, 5-stars ... there are 3 gasoline stations on this busy Holmdel Road corner, and we simply will drive around to skip the other two... You'll laugh at how poorly the others are run in comparison to this as a benchmark.
