Had a very poor experience today. The man that served me thought that he heard me saying cash while I wanted to pay with my card. He refused making a change , said it’s my problem, argued with me and made me go to their ATM. Luckily I had my atm card and I also had to pay the ATM fee. It’s ok to have a misunderstanding but the attitude and the poor service this what counts. Done with this station

Generally when paying with cash, and like the other vehicle in front of me, payment is given after gas has been pumped. When I pulled up for my turn, the person manning the pumps demanded the money up front when I stated, $30 regular please. Gave the gentleman a $50 bill and he walked away. I had to get out to make sure I got my change. I was wondering if he had to check the bill, which is fine, but that wasn't the case. Perhaps it was due to the car ahead of me being a Mercedes and me in a lowly Ford. It was demeaning and uncomfortable. This station always has the highest prices and truly only for desperate measures. In this case, I'd rather drive on fumes to go there again, sorry.

Julio was such a great help today! I cannot even explain how helpful he was! He truthfully did not need to go above and beyond to help me but he did. He literally could’ve stayed in his booth and went about his day. I wouldn’t have gotten to my destination without his help 17 miles away!! Thank you so much Julio you were truly a hero today! I am so grateful to have come across an employee who loves to help their customers!

I had my family in the car and was heading down to the Jersey Shore for a beach weekend. I asked the attendant to fill up my tank, "cash", and headed into the atm. Unfortunately the atm was down at the moment. I spoke to the attendant and he contacted the owner who was on the premises. I offered credit card, as well as going to bring back the $28 dollars from a nearby arm. The owner told me to "get on the road and beat the growing traffic" and pay when I get back. He actually insisted. ATMs go down, but super-consideration is rare.
