SUNDAY, 6pm 12/22/24 After doing instacart all day/night, my regular gs (BP) was closed (BP), my gas light was on so I went to closest gs, luke oil,.my sis had same problem here few wks ago so I knew to emphasize amount i wanted, I said "$15 Super please, ONE FIVE", attendant was on ear piece laughing with someone else, not listening to me and said fifty?. I said very loudly and HELD UP 1 FINGER, AND SAID "ONE FIVE! NOT 50, ONE FIVE, FIF----TEEEEEN PLEASE! He was still talking on earpiece, mind u I only had $110 on card and needed to go get a 2 headlight bulbs so I could continue working into night AND pay an $88 cc bill DUE TODAY!(MONDAY) I Wondered what was taking so long, I turn around to c total but he was in the way, I yelled for him, EXCUSE ME! (still on earpiece,couldn't hear me) I yelled again then i go to get out of car and he moves over laughing to whoever he's talking with on ear piece and I c it says $50. I was almost in tears,I yelled omg what the hell! he then quickly turned around, I said NO WAY! I told u TWICE $15 DOLLARS, I EVEN SAID THE NUMBERS ONE FIVE BUT U WERE TO BZ ON UR PHONE & DIDNT LISTEN. HE SAID OH SORRY I THOUGHT U SAID 50, I ran inside explained to mgr that I NEVER get $50 gas cuz I can't afford to, then after apologizing for his mistake outside, he then goes inside and LIES to owner and says when he asked 50, I agreed and said yes 50! Lol! OMG! I told the mgr, he's blatantly lying, watch ur video you'll c I hold up my finger showing number 1, and you'll c him ignoring me when I try to get his attention to stop gas, i told him whole story, basically crying, I said I only asked for $15 cuz I needed rest to pay my CC bill by tomoro & get bulbs so I could keep working in dark & they could c only one low beam.on. (Plus their gas is awful) I said please get a truck out here to siphon the gas back out or something cuz i need my money back, I shouldn't have to pay for ur employee being busy on his earpiece and not listening to me. But mgr kept saying oh well mistake.or not, u have the gas. I offered to show him my bank info on my phone so he could c how much I had left to prove i was telling the truth. But they didn't care. I left, called Police and guess what, the police have had plenty of calls.about the same problem from that lukeoil! SERIOUSLY! SO now I have a report filed and I'm writing to.corporate and NJ affairs, it's disgusting this place has a reputation for doing this. And for those of u that think, "big deal,.it's only $50, get over it", I'm a struggling single woman, every dollar counts. I pay my bills on time, I'm a good person but the money I make everyday is for a reason, plus it's the holidays and every dollar counts right now. I new I'd make.enuf today to.give be able to give my brand new baby niece a piggy bank for Xmas with a $100 bill in it to start her off. But now, whatever I make today has to go to pay the cc bill 😢 plus the late fee. I'm sorry but many people live paycheck To paycheck

The customer service is so good here! the gas is also good and price is also fair. Love this place!!!

Steer clear! Within half hour of using a credit card here I had fraudulent charges down the road at a wawa gas station. Watch for skimmers!
