This is by FAR the worst gas station. My mother was lost and asked someone for directions. Another customer tried to help her, but my mother only speaks Spanish. The customer took her inside to ask the attendant. I was on the phone with my mother and heard the conversation. The man inside the mini mart (heavy set man with a big mustache, messed up teeth and disheveled hair) told my mother that this is America and that she should speak English and refused to help her. I asked my mother to ask for the address so I can go to get her and when she asked the attendant, he started to mimic her and said, " I thought you didn't speak English, this is America." He was yelling and made my mother nervous. When I went to get her, I went inside and asked the man there if he was the owner. He said no. I kindly asked for his name, and he lost it. He started to yell denying everything that happened and yelling saying, "what are you, her lawyer?" I said no, "that's my mother and you were very rude to someone that just needed help." He continued to yell over me. I just told him that I hope he never needs someone's help. This is not a person that should be dealing with customers. He was so angry and was yelling so loud I thought he was going to go over the counter and hit me. His behavior was discriminatory and unacceptable. I will never go to that gas station/minimart or Dunkin Donuts again. People BEWARE!

I witness the worker (the man had a mustache, barely any teeth, with disheveled hair) of the mini mart discriminate against a Spanish speaking lady. Disrespecting her and treating her so badly just because she did not speak English. He kept telling her that this is America and that she needs to speak English. He was so rude and was yelling. He should be reprimanded.

Not only does Lukoil offer the least competitive pricing in Bergen county, this location violated numerous NJ Retail Gasoline Dispensing Safety Act and Regulation codes. They refused me my receipt on numerous occasions

The guy helping me was super rude, he automatically thought that I didn't want a reciept so when I told him I want'd a reciept he got mad at me and started to act like I was doing him a favor. It is his job and he is getting mad because he had to go back into the store and get the reciept, That is no way to treat a customer. Don't reccomend.
