In 2025, still the same thing happened like other reviews. Grabbed my card and rudely said it’s his job, this is NY, I can do my own self service.

The person putting the gas is a complete a****, I wanted to put gas. He was talking to someone. Ok I wait but 10 minutes come on. Just let me put my own gas like other gas stations. Okay I breath he comes, with a rude attitude like bro, there’s a Bp right down the road, which I recommend better than this. Since I already waited, I wanted to fuel up and leave. Guy grabs my card and said is not working, then leaves the fuel cap open and walks away to continue to talk to the person he was talking to again. I just got out, close my fuel cap and left. Just go to Bp, is not worth it. For the owner this person is going to get in an argument that may leave them with a law suit. Just hire someone competent or let people pump their own gas which is much more appreciated.

I went here one time. And the man that pumped my gas, put out his hand and said "yes". I replied "thanks, and he said "Thanks doesn't pay the bills" Guy wanted a tip for pumping my gas!. I came here this morning and a man pumping the gas approached me, I told him i want to pump my own gas, and he said I can't because it's full service, and to go to BP. So that's what I did. I don't get why they just don't let people pump their own gas, this is not a law like in NJ. I'm an introvert and self sufficient , I do not need anyone to pump my gas for me . And then ask me for a tip like they did me some big favor

As an update after reading so many of the same review of rude aggressive service and you just keep saying youll look into it in response but dont. The worker needs to be addressed, if you continue to respond with these copy and paste actions but nothing changes, why?

I came here a week ago and there was a man who was adamant about pumping my gas. I was just abt to get out of my car and he gestured I stay inside so I did. He left my car to pump others, because I needed a full tank, and the pump automatically put gas in my tank. He came back 1-2 minutes later after it was done pumping. I thanked him and he said “What thank you? My hands are cold, look at them. You should tip me” he made me feel bad and gaslit me for trying to first pump my own gas, secondly not tip him because it was cold and he didn’t wear any gloves in 40 degree weather. His lack of protection is not my problem yet he demanded a tip. Incredibly disappointed, please don’t go here!!! And if you do, please pump your own gas and not fall for their tricks.
