Rude at refueling, aggressive service. The seller shouted and led to a fight, I do not recommend this gas station to anyone!!!

Screwed up my bolts. The mechanic switched one of my flats with a spare tire but in that process he cross stitched my bolts and broke 3 of them. I didn’t find out until I went to change my tires and they told me that he wouldn’t be able to change my spare because he’s scared it’s going to snap. Took it to a different mechanic and he said 3 of bolts are broken and i have to replace it.

*DO NOT COME HERE*One star is too much for this place. I wish I was able to give no stars. Came for Inspection, oil and transmission fluid change. It took them 4hours 1/2. With multiple trips to the place and no clear answer. The owner Ari said this fluid is a special fluid. I'm like it's transmission fluid and it hasn't been done. He told me no wonder it's my first time here. I said, what?? Yes and that's how you treat first time customers? Not only do they rip you off with their prices but they have no manners and it's definitely not the kind of service and happy reviews you see. So I wonder who wrote the good reviews because this place is a NO GO!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME COMING HERE. Ari said I disrespect his place. I said by asking for better service. I was told it would be ready in an hour. I came back every hour. It wasn't free I paid $375 for an oil change, transmission fluid change and inspection that took 4 1~2 hours. He pretty much told me I dont belong there and don't come back. Which I will happily do. I know this is Queens. But you can't have someone that claims to be the owner be any more disrespectful than this. There was no apology even when I had to bring my kid straight from school to wait another 40m for my car. Transmisión fluid should be something standard at any car shop. I could see why they do have it. Because they are mediocre stop shop that doesnt care if you come in or not.They keep ruining clientele by this attitude and approach.

I have been to this workshop a few times in the last year to get NY safety inspections done and to get some minor work done on my trucks. The owners are usually at the office and have been super helpful, friendly and fair. No attitude and doing good work for the money. I recommend them for any of your vehicle maintenance needs. Their gas prices are a bit below the nearest gas station. The premises seem.clean and well maintained.
