Absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever had at an auto mechanic shop. Specifically the staff member with the mullet hair cut has the worse attitude and customer service!! We needed our tire plugged which should have been a simple task, but we were met by this particular member of the staff with a terrible attitude. We were also told by him that the car would have to be put on the car lift, which of course would be an extra charge just for a simple tire plug. Ultimately, we went down the street and got the same tire plugged for less money with much better customer service. Notably, at the other place, they didn’t have to put the car on a lift to fix it and the entire job took less than 10min. Do not give this place your business!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had. No information related, no estimate given, and no timeline as to when my car would be done. They don’t care at all about customers, just another car on the lot. Not willing to problem solve situations. I took mine to Sams car service close by after they told me it would have to be fixed in a week and Sams service station fixed it in under 2 hours. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE “mechanics”

Larry, Nick, Murat, Mario, and Oscar are all fantastic human beings providing excellent service for the east end. Opens early... Closes late What more could you ask for from a gas station that also sells cheeseburgers. Yew!
