Staff is rude. I asked for a little warm water to clean something off my window that was stopping from being able to see just so I can get home. They said no I could just buy the fluid. I said I didn’t need to buy the fluid I had someone to take care of that I just needed to get home. I then asked if I could use a little of the hot water used for tea. They charged me $2 for it. They didn’t care at all about me saying I pulled off the exit because I almost had an accident they just wanted me to spend money.

Milton was very rude and ignorant and giving racist I kindly told him that the creamer was shooting out clear liquid mind you it’s a nestle creamer So no telling wats really in there after being shaken He totally ignored me multiple times As I approached the register to make sure I was heard He just stayed the price of the coffee not asking if I needed anything else and proceeded to be rude And when i told him i was gonna call and speak to a manager He laughed in my face and with two white men that walked in the store (racist) He needs to b reprimanded immediately

Over the years, when we have visited our friends in this neighborhood, usually on Christmas Eve, we have stopped off at this gas station to fill up for the trip home. Usually, this has been well after midnight, and it's a convenience and a pleasure to find it, especially since it isn't on a main drag. Last night, Christmas night, it was open, but pump#12 wasn't cooperating. We told the manager, switched pumps, and the manager was putting up a sign warning off customers before we had finished our filling session on another pump. By me, that's attentive enough to his customers' needs. The place is clean, which offsets the lack of white-glove service. Merry Christmas!

I went in to buy something that cost two dollars and not even 5 mins later i went in to return it i asked the young lady on the register if i could have my two dollars back she said she would have to get the manager, which is understandable, she comes back and says "the manager said he is too busy right now" This is unacceptable a refund does not take more than 5 mins specially on a two dollar charge i had to insist and tell the young lady that i used to work at a gas station and NEVER taught such rude customer service! After 5 mins of insisting the young lady went to the back to call the manager he finally came and with a nasty attitude says "what happened" ROMAN is his name he was rude and nasty! CUSTOMERS SHOULD ALWAYS COME FIRST! If anyone knows how i can contact the owner i would appreciate it. THIS MAN SO CALLED MANAGER OF THE STORE NEEDS SOME COSTUMER SERVICE TRAINING!

OK Prices. not sure about service since I rarely gets inside. It is on my way so it is easy for me to get gashere.
