Bought a car wash at the pump, but it was out of order. I don’t live nearby and only occasionally drive by if I go a different route to work. Attempted 2 other times and the car wash was out of order. Went in today, and not the code has expired. It has been almost 2 months. I figured they would give me a new code under the circumstances. The inside attendant was rude and dismissive, and condescending , telling me that he has worked there for 5 months and the car wash is never closed unless it is heavily snowing. He finally called his manager, who also said nothing can be done. I will never go to this gas station again for anything. I would give 0 stars if it was an option

Clean gas station. Receipt available at pump. No need to go to cashier. At least they have paper in pump. Hand sanitizer by the pump is very convenient and useful.

I didn't want to give it 2 stars at all. I had no choice but to go here for gas last week but felt scammed big time.. It says on the sign a lower price for Gas but when I complained to them about it I was told I had to get a car wash to get that price.. It's a total scam because you don't know til you are paying & already out of the car.. & don't want to go to get back in it to go somewhere else which I wanted to do but couldn't.. I felt deceived really.. There is no visible signs telling you that.. I know it's only a few cents but I was on empty & had NO choice.. Very unfair of them & deciteful. Never again because of that..

This is the worst Mobil station I have ever been to. I pulled in to get gasoline and have my car washed. I paid at the pump. When I went to use the car wash I found out it was out of order. Tried to get a refund from the cashier and could not get one. He told me save the receipt it is good for 30 days. No empathy, no attempts to keep me as a customer. I hope Mobil Revokes their contract.

I want to give 0 stars, I went there to pay for gas, typed my pin in multiple times as it continued to decline, I checked my back account to make sure I wasn’t getting overwhelmed for no reason. Where I was then forced to run my card as credit, having to put the higher price for my card to accept the payment. As I went to pump the gas, the worker came outside and said my card declined after it was already approved and I never got my refund.
