I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this service station. I came in for a car inspection and waited for TWO HOURS before they were ready to take my car. When it was finally my turn, I politely asked a simple question: "Do you want me to take the car in since it’s stick?" Al, the manager, rudely responded that he’d been driving since before I was born. I tried to clarify that my question wasn’t meant as an insult, but he refused to listen. Instead of proceeding with the inspection, he abruptly decided not to do it at all and claimed I needed to remove my tint. For context, this is the SAME car with the manufacturer’s tint that they inspected without issue last year. It felt personal, as though he simply didn’t want to do the job because he was insulted over a harmless question. I left because I won’t tolerate such unprofessional behavior as a paying customer. Beware of this place! They wasted my time, treated me rudely, and ultimately refused to do the job I came in for.

The cost for mid grade and premium is literally highway robbery. I was in a rush and didn’t check the price and got robbed. Never again!

These guys have perfected the art of price gauging. They charge nearly two dollars more per gallon for premium gasoline compared to nearby stations. Just goes to show you how dumb people really are who gas up there.

You don’t even deserve a star! Cesar was rude and vial. I have never been so verbally assaulted by a man! I came in for a blown tire and he had a two year old temper tantrum yelling “I get off at six” and “I’m tired.” I sat patiently waiting to see what if anything they could do. Cesar yelled at me about how the tire was ripped to shredded (as if this was my fault) I’ve never been spoken to like that as a paying customer. Next time I will ride on two wheels or drive my car like the flintstones before I would step foot in that place. Never again Cesar do better. However he was very nice to the two police officers and the white lady that came in.
