Yesterday my wife scheduled an NYS inspection for our vehicle for today, 6/2/18 at 4pm. When I arrived at 4pm the attendant rudely informed me there was no such appointment. I double checked with my wife that we had called the correct station, which we had, and also I was with her when the appointment was made and overheard the call and can attest to it. The attendant made no apologies or attempts to reschedule. I asked him first if he could call the mechanic to see what happened or to resolve further and he refused. I then asked if his manager or owner was there he said no, I asked for his name and he refused. I asked to call him he refused. I told him that was real helpful and he was a ***** for not helping me. As I exited he called me a ***** I turned around and asked him what he called me. He then proceeded to physically intimidate me and attempt to goad me in to fighting him physically telling me to come on and hit him, make his day. I did nothing. Then I asked again for his manager or the name of his manager and he refused and told me he would call the police. He did not. I asked again for the manager and he said no, but he would be back in 45 minutes. I returned an hour later. The manager did not appear to be there, I asked if he was there. He said no, let me check and then verbally abused me again. I went to leave and then saw someone else in the garage. I went into garage and asked that man if he was the manager he said he was. I tried to explain to him what had transpired and instead of listening to me or attempting to resolve the situation he started screaming at me and got in my face to physically intimidate me as well - at that time the other employee came up behind me to intimidate me further. I then turned and said i would notify the police and left.

Met up with a real estate colleague and while I was waiting, picked up a pretzel snack and found the bag had been opened. The manager was very helpful and exchanged it for a new one. Buyer beware!

Ran outta gas and was towed here by J.J. of Sal''s Service Center (highly recommended!) The guys were totally great, friendly, and didn't make fun of me for running outta gas!

The management and employees here are the nicest people, they are always very kind to me. This place is also very neat and has various types of coffees and drinks!
