I recently had the displeasure of visiting the Mobil Gas Station at 192 N Bedford Rd in Mt. Kisco, NY. Let me preface this review by saying that I am a patient individual, but my experience here pushed me to the limits of my patience. This morning at 7 am, I stopped to get gas at this establishment. The advertised cash price for premium gas was $4.75 per gallon, and the credit card price was advertised as $4.89 per gallon. I went inside, handed the cashier a $20 bill, and informed her of my pump number. All seemed fine until I realized that the pump was still showing the credit card price, not the cash price. I went back inside to address this issue with the cashier, only to discover that she had a very limited command of the English language. I resorted to using my translator app and the little Spanish I knew to resolve the problem without causing any unnecessary tension. To my astonishment, she had no idea how to rectify the situation and had to call her manager for assistance. The manager, unfortunately, proved to be just as inept in handling the matter and refused to listen to my concerns. This whole episode left me frustrated. To make matters worse, when I asked for my cash back so I could pay with my card instead, they resisted my request. My grievances with this place are threefold: 1. Dishonesty: There's a mere 14 cents difference per gallon between the cash and credit card prices, which may seem trivial. However, over a 16-gallon tank, it adds up. It's appalling that the staff would attempt such a petty act of theft. 2. Incompetence: It is essential for the cashier to have a basic understanding of their job. If she was unable to handle a routine situation, a manager should have been present or easily accessible. 3. Customer Service: After a grueling 20 minutes of trying to resolve the issue, I attempted to give them a second chance by paying with my card. Shockingly, they immediately canceled my purchase despite my genuine efforts to cooperate. This not only reeks of pettiness but also hints at potential criminal activity. In conclusion, I urge all potential customers to exercise extreme caution when visiting the Mobil Gas Station at 192 N Bedford Rd in Mt. Kisco, NY. My experience here was not only frustrating but also disheartening. It's essential to support businesses that uphold ethical standards and respect their customers, and unfortunately, this establishment fell drastically short of those expectations.

There are only 3 possible outcomes from stopping here on my way to work: 1. They are open but the door is locked. 2. They are open but no one is working inside. 3. They are open but whoever is working there takes the longest time possible to ring you up.

I often drive past this gas station on the way to work. I often pump gas, and purchase water/snacks from inside. Not anymore. I was told I couldn’t use the bathroom anymore. I have seen so many of the same people use the bathroom and not one was told they couldn’t. I don’t leave a mess. The bathroom is always tidy and clean when I leave it. The women who was working on the morning of March 8th, 7:45 am Was the one who told me that. I would like her name. I have never experienced this before. I go to Sunoco a lot up the street that has a bathroom that I have been going to for years and not once have I been told not to use a bathroom. Disappointing honestly since this is a GAS STATION. DO NOT GO HERE. NEXT THING THEY WILL TELL YOU IS THAT YOU CAN’T PUMP GAS

A really great Mobil station with competitive pricing. All Mobil stations should be similar to this one. It's truly a great example of a good stop. The snack area is also great as well and the staff was really kind. Overall Rating: 10/10
