I go here often when I feel like getting breakfast. I would recommend these workers to show a better way speaking on the phone. From the moment use answer who it is to the moment use end the call. Maybe not all are like that, but give us a better experience on the phone. Please don’t hang up quick when I say that’s all I want. At least give me a time frame, or just say see you here or something. Thanks

Came here for a bacon egg and cheese and the bacon was not cooked!! So chewy and disgusting!! Will not be coming back.

My boyfriend and I had walked in. We knew what we wanted so we waited patiently to order our food. The old man/cook behind the counter sighed that we came in, completely ignored us and took another person’s order. My boyfriend was about to order when the cook/old man interrupted and yelled at him saying “No! not you.” And shooed us away. which was really rude. We had multiple issues with this person but we didn’t bother to complain since we assumed he had a rough day. But that wasn’t an excuse to be disrespectful. This isn’t the first time Him and myself had an issue with the guy. He would constantly mess up our orders. We told him to not put any ketchup on our fries and he would ignore us and put ketchup anyways🤨 He would also be rude and give us a tone which was not needed because we are only there to order and go. I remember during and after band practice, I would go to race star with a couple friends. This man always had an attitude and would be so rude. I understand everyone would have bad days. But that’s no excuse to be rude and disrespectful to the customers that just wants to order. They don’t mean to take time out of your day or be a bother. We’re just hungry and want food.. not your attitude.😐

Stood at the food counter for 10 minutes with 3 employees talking amongst each other not even acknowledging a paying customer is waiting to be served, needless to say , I walked out and we never go back again, treat customers horrible! Been going here for years since they opened but enough is enough with their poor service and attitudes. Gave Racestar another chance, boy what a bad decision I made , the elder guy behind the food counter such an attitude towards woman, I left my husband there (even though I did not want to give my hard working money to this establishment, rudeness is up to the roof when you order food, they already assume you want eggs, clearly ordered with no egg but then he repeats the order saying egg, NO eggs) then when I left , the elder worker called me Loca! he was rude purely because I am a woman. I will never spend another dollar here, gas or food and I will push all my relative and friends who live in this to do the same..service is horrible. Then The Elder Guy wants to speak words in Spanish thinking I do not understand, Sorry I do! How could you call a paying customer LOCA, (crazy),(after I left )with my husband standing there..so disrespectful, I sincerely hope the owner takes action as if it wasn't for customers, your establishment would not make money. Very Disappointed.

My wife was waiting on line to get something to eat and patiently waiting for an Indian man to get his food so she could order. After patiently waiting 5 minutes to order the Indian cook behind the counter tells her we are closed. You figure he would have told her ahead of time so she didnt wait. Very bad customer service and I think he forgot he is in America where women and men are treated equally.
