Redner's Quick Shoppe

So me and my fiance went into render quick shop in Northampton to get three 20inches hodgie for dinner for the family the lady took my order and than made our sandwich the option of what we wanted we want a turkey 20 inch sandwich and got no mayo and I ask for extra mayo and they put lettuce and tomatoes, onion which we didn't want ether . Wasn't very satisfying with it at all. And there is a woman that is always there she always makes me and fiance sandwich the wrong way . And Asia always seem to make our sandwich the wrong way on purpose . And she has an attitude towards us all the time when we come in there. My fiance complained about her before and nothing was done about it. She just keeps make them the wrong way and put stuff that we didn't want on our sandwiches. I am just go to not come there anymore to get sandwiches if this is how it go to be . Thanks u I hope something gets done hear because whenever Asia isn't there we get very good sandwiches it's only when she is there we have issues with our sandwich . And also the one time we got a turkey sandwich and there was no cheese and once again Asia made that one as well . I hope this problem gets solved. Thank u

I visited on 1/20/24 and I asked for an Italian hoagie with lettuce, tomato, onions, & pickles. I specifically asked for no olives & this is what I got. The two ladies seemed very uninterested in wanting to work as well. Hiding in the back talking. Prior to this visit, I visited a few months ago. There was a girl named Olivia working who was bad mouthing their boss with another employee right in front of me and other customers.

Have most of what I ever needed and it's open 24hrs. Good hot soups and hot and cold hoagie and BBQ sandwiches plus desert cakes and portions of salads and snacks to boot. Deli on site.

Listen, we really like the subs. Price is reasonable, and the quality of the meat is there. But, between the oral hygiene and visual hygiene over all of a number of the people, there is just gross. One woman had "F" you tattooed on her arm, in what universe do you hire someone like that to be the ambassador of your brand? One woman had a mouth of just rot. Got to the local votech and see about hiring out if HR is this incompetent. In addition, the store either needs to ve bulldozed or closed for a few months to be remodeled in order to have a cleaner/neater place. It just gives me the hijeebies sometimes with the level of crude. We're exploring other places to go b/c of these issues. Hate to admit or say it. We like Redners and their principles but find the brand~ lacking these past years.

My wife, her boyfriend and i come here daily. The meat sticks are great. And the cashier's are always friendly. Dont listen to other reviews.
