The place is clean and has a variety of food and snack options. However, I had a BYO burger, and the patties were precooked Salisbury steak, barely Luke warm when I got back in my truck to eat them, the cheddar on the patties not even melted. I had added guacamole to it too, which cost extra, but they spread a very thin layer of it on the bun you could barely even taste it. The fries and waffle dessert were both DELICIOUS though. Just don't waste your money on the burger

Grace is the best!!!! She helped me get inconfused and showed such kindness, I vote her to be the manager of customer service!!! Smiled the whole way thru, man!!!! She was just such a good human… please give her a raise and a promotion

Just came across Rutter's while road-tripping through PA. There were plenty of fueling pumps as well as space for rigs and trailers, which was perfect for my situation at the time. Plus, being open 24/7 can be convenient for anyone like me who are on their own schedule when on the road traveling. Definitely would recommend them out for any roadtrippers in the area.

Great place newly opened with a good amount of truck parking away from the pumps staff that I talked to where helpful and very polite great to see another truck parking place on the 222 will most definitely be using it. The toilet where clean and the mens had a baby changing area as well always helps also has a press button in there if anything was not right the slot machine area was not up and running and I didn't try food this time but look ok and not a bad price also sell beer have added a few photo so you can get an idea for yourself.

Great place to stop. Great hot and fresh food. Big convenience store. Only downside is no showers.
