Being a member of Sams I go here. This gas station is least organized. Very haphazard entry of vehicles. Lines are often allowed to be cut. The staff there are not friendly. Most of the times there are orange cones in several outlets. The Air does NOT work. It is supposed to be free but when I tried it once, it actually started deflating... Costco is slightly better organized for the crowd they handle. This place needs a supervisor! Always short staffwd

Most poorly managed place ever. Considering to cancel membership. Switched to shorter hoses on the pumps, causes lines to back up down the side roads. Can't come through at other directions to unused pumps. Under staffed, slow workers.

05/13/2023 Revisited from last bad impression, Overall, I did see some improvement for workers' efficiency.... Good to see that!! One more star added!! --------------------------------- First time here! Very bad experience compared with Costco gas station. Less fuel pump lanes and station workers were slow and none efficient. At least 3 cars in front of me left inpatiently. No wonder Costco gas from 1 mile away takes over most of the customers..... There is still a lot to catch up...

You have to have time and some sort of gas if you want to take advantage of the great pricing. Time and gas because there’s always suuuuper long lines. Seems like they are understaffed. They close off most of the pumps which causes long lines and wait times. Definitely don’t come if you’re already on E. The little staff they have is very friendly. Please hire more staff !
