Had a very negative experience trying to use the car wash. After feeding the machine the $8 required to start the car wash, I discovered it was completely out of soap. Meaning, when the selection know was pointing to “high pressure soap,” nothing but water came out of the nozzle. Even after waiting a while and switching the knob back and forth, etc. I went to the clerk and explained the problem. They couldn’t care less. I asked for a refund, since it’s impossible to wash anything without soap. They refused, and I insisted. Finally, they said if I waited they’d call their manager. Which I did. After waiting 10 mins in an empty store, they called the manager but wouldn’t let me speak directly with the manager. They hung up and said they could give me a 50% refund…which is better than nothing but an extremely miserly and rude business practice. I didn’t get 50% of a car wash. I got 0%. So it seems obvious that a full refund would be fair.

The staff & service are extremely great‼️ The store is also extremely clean. The reason I gave only gave 4 stars is bcuz when entering the store, we're hit with a strong smell of underarm stench.😩 The staff has to be spoken to, maybe not all of them, about wearing deodorant.

Nice lady. After buying gas, and some beverages. She let me use the restroom, she said it's not a public restroom but she kindly gave me the key nonetheless and I said to her thanks and "that kindness goes a long waaay" Great place, ample treats and beverages and of course, a touch of kindness!👍🏾

Today is 8-28-2023 it is 6:25 P.M. The manager is in today. I usually don't like to give a review but this time around I felt I had to. I have been living in the neighborhood for 20 years and I have never had an issue with the employees. On On the other hand, the manager is not a polite person she is rude. She needs to be talked to. The young man was doing his job as he Always does. When she saw that he was taking care of me, she asked him to go and help the other guy while he was attending to me. I spend a lot of money in this place and I expect to be treated with respect as I give to everyone there. I ask myself how is she a manager when she does not have a personality. The young man is the one who should be a manager.
