The staff is terrible and the language is rude! I took the cash, but he had a bad attitude and threw the money out! twice! Don't accept cash? I really don’t understand what it means! What did i do wrong? Very disappointed to be treated with such an attitude by the staff! I hope the boss can pay attention to the training of employees!

Stopped here for gas and noticed a panel under my vehicle was loose/missing a screw. I was able to push it back into place but, it was not secure. Went into the auto repair and inquired if I can give them $10 to lift the vehicle and just secure the panel with a screw or two. Simple less than five minute job! Both people (they looked like a manager/owner and a mechanic) reluctantly shook their heads no and insisted on a minimum lift charge of $25.00 which is absurd for the task requested. I understand rules and such but, the task at hand did not warrant their demeanor and unwillingness to assist a patron of the station.

Prepaid cash for gas, and selected regular at the pump, but got charged for super, which is what shows on the receipt. Clerk said he couldn't help and it's my responsibility to double check the pump. I cannot agree with him but got no evidence. So just be aware what you select at the pump.

My go to place for car inspection was too booked up to take me. Was desperately searching around for a shop to do my inspection. I came here and they were able to accommodate. I left them my keys and left. After 2 hours and no call back. I started to read reviews and was quite concerned. Needless to say, my car was ready. No damage. No drama. No bs. Paid 37 and was on my way. Thank you Shell.

Be careful with the boss in the body shop he is going to charge you double or more for simple jobs like oil change or brakes, make sure you ask him in advance how much and if you can record it. He charged me 98 dollars for and oil change that regularly cost me 60.
