Went for inspection and found that my '14 Forester needed front control arms replaced. Got a quote which seemed reasonable then got AAA member discount on top of it. Work was done in a matter of hours and Dominic and his staff were most accommodating. I checked online chats and discovered that this is a known issue and that there's a TSB - a Technical Service Bulletin - about '14-'18 Subaru Foresters' control arms. Also saw that the dealer service centers' charges were all over the place -anywhere from 25% - 125% higher! The fact that AAA stands behind the service and requires certification from their approved service locations' mechanics gave me confidence that the work done by One Stop Shell in Brooklyn 11228 is of the highest quality.

Had my car towed here, they called, told me I needed a new radiator… prices seemed fair and people were nice enough. Then when I went to pick up the car today, it wouldn’t start. I asked a simple question about the cooling system to the main guy, and he very rudely told me if I needed something else checked out, I’d have to come back. He then confirmed to me my car was okay to drive, but when I got near my house, the second I shifted into reverse to park, the car completely shut off. Pretty sure they found one thing wrong, got their money, and didn’t do any follow up or checking of the rest of the car. Now I’ll probably have to get it towed and serviced again, but will definitely be somewhere else. Do not recommend at all.

I had a front headlight problem. Brought it by and was quickly seen by a mechanic. He was great. Diagnosed and fixed the probem quickly at a fair price. Would have given 5 stars but the manager was not friendly. Didn't smile. Didn't say "thank you" or "you're welcome." Getting a repair is a stressfull situation. It helps when all staff make at least a minimal effort to be friendly....

The staff is straight forward and gets to the repairs as quickly as possible. As a woman I don't feel disrespected or patronized like other male-run businesses can make women feel.
