Today I went to pump gas at this station the man who pumps the gas left a chair where you pump your gas and my car hit it because it was not supposed to be where you pump the gas. What person will leave a chair where customers pump gas. For an employee negligence my car is damaged, I tried to ask for a manager or owner and they refuse to give me the manager number. I got a police report and will be taking legal action and pressing charges thanks for my dash camera that captured everything that happened. When I confronted worker all he did was move the chair because he realized he had done a mistake thanks that my Dash camera on my car captured everything this is very upsetting employee need to pay attention because one mistake can cause a lot of damage.

Is extremely upsetting to have workers at this Shell Gas Station who can’t speak proper nor understand English ! Very poor customer service ! Worst of all every time i use my credit card they put a $200 dollar hold ! But thats not the real problem i feel they being slick ! This is how they’re being slick when i go to the pump and insert my credit card and am ready to pump Gas no Gas comes out ! And i have to put the Gas pump back and again insect my credit card then it would pump put Gas ! Then there be a $200 dollar hold for the first try and another Hold separately for the amount of Gas i pump in the second time ! 2 holds when it just lets me pump Gas once ! Imagine how many Holds they putting on numerous customers the way do to me ! I feel thats a scam ! It should be investigated !

They pump your gas just to charge you a higher prices then what is displayed. If I can give them 0 stars I would !

Ranked up there with some of the worst service in NYC. Been here many times and service has declined to the point where I will no longer bring my vehicle here. 1. They no longer take cards for gas (as of 11/30/21) - perhaps this will change in the future, but seems a little like they are deceptively pulling people into their ATM. 2. The air pump (that you pay over $1 for) has the wrong attachment on it for most tires and they will not replace the attachment. My wife asked for help from an attendant, they said no and proceeded to go on a smoke break. I left home to help her and turns out it is the wrong attachment so there isn’t a way to actually fill your tire. The FTC would deem this to be an Unfair practice. SMH.

Absolute disgrace of a gas station. Attendant not only almost put DIESEL in my car but then smacked my car with the noodl nozzle and scratched it. I then went inside to buy a snack and I literally saw 2 cockroaches running around on the floor. Place is literally full of diseases and imbeciles. Avoid avoid avoid.
