Friendliest station in Torrington, also one of the cleanest. The cashier was really awesome and helpful, I Believe his name was Ryan (really tall guy) He was very helpful. I live in NYC and come thru Torrington every now and again. This young man was extremely courteous and friendly every time we stopped in. Thank you....

We stopped here for gas and snacks. The pumps were like new. The parking lot and the mini store looked like it was all recently updated and renovated. The cashier was friendly and courteous. It's a quick easy off and on gor convenience.

Great place and employees Ro is the only name i can really remember but everyone including Ro was always nice to me and my brother i used to come in here a lot for gas among coffee and other drinks. Looks like they dug up the tanks knocked the place down and rebuilt with new pumps and tanks, All the more reason to go here when they reopen!

This gas station is #1 in my book. I have never had and issue there. The staff are literally what makes the place , they are super friendly and mellow and funny. More gas stations need staff like them. Anything I need from there they almost always have it.

I'd been a loyal customer for many years. However, they have had a number of issues with their pumps not working properly, including issues with gas reward points. I always pay at the pump to get in and out quicker. But when their pumps are not working, I'm forced to go inside the store and wait in line until the cashier has time to deal with my situation. Also, this gas station has been closing at 10 pm during the week for years. Wednesday night on 12/14/2016, I arrived just before 9 pm, and when I got out of my car to pump the gas, the pump read, "pumps closed". I thought they might have had an issue with the pumps again. I went to go inside and found the doors locked. The cashier turned towards me and said they were closed. I said that they didn't close until 10 pm. I know because I've been there many times just before 10 pm and was able to pump gas. This time, I arrived before 9 pm. What good business turns away a loyal customer? She didn't even have the decency to open the door to talk to me. I'm never going back there again. It wouldn't surprise me if they closed permanently. Business-wise, they're headed in that direction.
