Today I got very bad service from the old dark skin lady. I handed her $20 bill and I told her 10 on number five please so I go to number five I pump and I guess my car needed $11 and some change but I did not want $11 and some change I wanted $10. I need those $10 bill. I go back to her. I explained to her I need a 10 not 11 but she just ignored me. She's on her phone. I guess that's why she didn't hear me the first time. So she gives me my change back and then walks away while I'm asking. Can I get my receipt for number five. She sits down starts looking at her phone. Then she waits and then I'm still standing there. She looks at me what you want. What do you think I want? Can I get my receipt for number five? Please. Look at the receipt I got not even a real receipt. This is the first time I ever seen this receipt. Doesn't even say how much I used. Very bad service. Gave me all dimes and nickel for change back.

The truth is that the attention to the public was very bad because of the young woman with tattoos on her arm who was serving. She was very rude and she did not provide me with the gas service that she needed. I wish the manager could read this so he can take action because people like that should not work with the public.

The Shell station is located at a busy corner. Easy to get into and out of though.. pay at the booth or use your credit card at the pump. Pick up a snack or you're on your way..
