I have this Shell station saved in my GasBuddy app, but I only stop by when it's cheaper than other stations in my list. Most of the time, it's not the lowest-priced option, so I usually end up going elsewhere. However, the few times it has been the cheapest, I've come here and had a good experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! All the light were on so I come by- start filling my tank and then the pumps shut off. I was so suprised I waited 5 minutes. Thought there was an issue. Lights were still on, everything. I go to the front and he tells me they’re closed?? Why were ALL THE LIGHTS on then?? I was IN THE MIDDLE of filling my tank. Very very horrible. Don’t come here

I know I won't be going back to that location because they nearly gave me a heart attack lol- I check my card and saw 2 pending transaction for $200 each. The transaction was cancelled due to pump malfunction I would say but to changer me twice for a total of $400 for a 4 door sedan was outrageous. My car doesn't even get to $100 on empty with a #93😁🤣 So I called the place when I realized the pending transactions on my card. The first guys I spoke with was not helpful at all in giving me an answer to that until I told him that he'll have to answer to the cops. He then told me that he'll let the manager know. The manager was, however more helpful and genuine in regards to the issue. Long story short, transaction stayed pending for at least 4 days then never posted. What should've happened if I never looked at my card transaction!?? This was my second hiccups with this place so never again ✌🏽✌🏽

This has to be the worst gas station. On one visit they told me I had to use the full $50 on my shell gift card in order to use it which is not true. Another time it took 10 minutes with one car ahead of me to get gas,. Today, the man put my cards between his lips as he was opening the gas tank. Even if it wasn't covid times, that is still totally disgusting! I have been going there because of the gift cards I have but I think I will give the gift cards to someone I want to torture because I can't take the extremely bad service that gets worse each time I go there.
