Jeff's an excellent mechanic and honest! Something you don't always get when dealing with mechanics. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. I think a lot of these poor reviews on here are not accurate. Not fair to this establishment. I'm grateful that these guys are local. Thank you.

This Shell is in a quaint old town, very tight and difficult to pull in if there are 4 cars already at the pumps (no shoulder of road either). On 8/9/18, went to pull in and there were 2 cars on right side and one car and one motorcycle on left side. Waited on street for the motorcycle to finish to pull in on left side (German car) but was blocking traffic so pulled in at an angle alongside the cycle till finished and then straightened out to the pump. Then the other cars pulled out and was only me. Female employee (blue died hair and nose ring) looked at me and walked away into the station (thought it was odd but no issue at this point). Couple minutes later she comes over in a "huff" and asked what I need, starts to pump the gas then walks away to another car and see her talking to another employee (assume it was) while looking over at me. Hear the man say "tell him", then her saying" I'm not telling him" in an angry voice while still looking over at me. I asked if something was wrong, she darted out from behind the pump and started lecturing me that you can't park on the sidewalk. I looked down and had no idea what she was talking about. She then began yelling at me and said I was on the sidewalk before pulling to the pump and how it is illegal and badgering me as to why I did that. Then it became clear. The pad for the pumps transitions to a sidewalk (very narrow pads) and my driver side tires must have been on the sidewalk. By the time I realized what she was saying, I said "couldn't you just have explained that to me even at the time I was parked there awaiting the motorcycle to pull out?" I was truly apologetic, saying that I didn't realize the sidewalk was there. Yelling, she said I should know better. She then became extremely angry and the yelling turned into screaming and she said that if I did not tone it down, she would "cut me off", said go ahead, and she ripped the gas nozzle out of the car so viciously that I seriously thought she might have damaged the car. Gas flew out all over the side of the car and the ground while she continued to scream at me. Then, 2 women were standing across the street at the village grocery and hollered over to her to "stop it". The female employee screamed "stay the hell out of this, it's none of your god damn business". I said to this employee that she was a lunatic and went to get in the car and leave. Then, coming from my side, a man lunged at me, arms in the air in front of my face and threatened to "take me down" if I ever speak to a woman like that again (no idea who he as at that point). His hands were in front of my face and I was seriously fearing for my safety. He then said "that woman is my girlfriend" and no one talks to her like that, do you understand?" He was about 3 inches from my face and kept walking towards me, thus making me walk backwards. I seriously thought he would become physical. I asked who the owner was, thinking he/she was either part of the situation or was not present. Owner came out, very professional, and asked what happened (said he did not see/hear it). Tried to summarize it, he seemed to discount it a bit until the blue-haired woman came running over (seemed to be to defend her actions) and he saw her demeanor and then realized the severity of the situation. He listened to me and acknowledged that both the woman and the man (her boyfriend) both have "big tempers" (not sure if that was to make the situation any better). I explained that if I wasn't on my way to an appointment I would be calling the police to file a report. Told the owner to watch the footage on the camera video. I still don't know if this boyfriend was an employee of the station or was just "hanging around" with his girlfriend. Either way, as an owner of the station, this should be very concerning, especially from a liability perspective. Sorry for making the mistake of parking on the sidewalk, but that's no excuse for treating a customer that way. This has been reported to Shell corporate

Good but Gas price could've been better.

Beat quality gas around. Since using their brand my old 2001 Buick running wonderful 👍. Won't put any other diluted low quality gasoline in my car again!

If you have a high end German car, Audi,Benz, Porsche this is the shop you want working on it. Geoff is the owner operator and a first rate technician for those stupid expensive modes of transportation.
