DO NOT USE AIR AND VACCUM THERE !!! There is a broken vaccum machine there. I came to know that it's broken after losing my $1.50. The person at the gas station told me that it is working hence I put the money. When complained, he said he doesn't have the keys and meet the owner who not sure when comes there. I went to the gas station after two days and couldn't meet the owner. They should have put the not working board there so that people don't lose their hard earned money. I will avoid going to this gas station. Please don't use the vaccum and air machine there. They could steal your money. I will also going to report this incident on Shell companies X and Instagram accounts.

Stay far away from this gas station, use another nearby one. I told the gas attendant to fill my car up cash and he didn’t have enough change and STOLE my money. I will never go back. Plus they drop the gas cap all over your cars paint and the prices are extremely high. THIEVES!!!!

I can’t believe I went here this afternoon after work to get gas and got charged $125 fro shell when I asked him for 20 and got nothing because of what he said was a malfunction I don’t know if a true malfunction happened or what but either way it’s unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. My father( who is 77 years old and has serious stomach issues the past several years with no doctor resolution in sight) stopped here with a bowel emergency. After the employee advised my father that the bathroom is locked, my father asked him where he goes to do his business but the employee just ignored him and walked away. Luckily there was no mess that the employee had to clean up, although it is extremely rude to ignore a potential customer and refuse a senior citizen who is urgently in need of a restroom. Luckily my father made it to the diner in time! Not the first bad customer experience I've had here either ...

The other reviews here are accurate. They advertise prices then don’t honor them. Today they claimed their credit card machine wasn’t working, but conveniently only after they filled my gas. This place is a scam, will never fill my gas here again.
