Seems the quality of gas has gone down, especially this winter in my opinion. While I only fill up with 93 the past 2 tanks I've gotten have given my car fits, with the computer telling me the quality of gas is closer to 91 or 89 octane (My car tells me how much it's pulling timing based on how good/bad the gas is). I've tried other local stations like BP And have had better results but just today (Feb 3rd, 2025) I filled up again at this Shell with 93 V Power only to have my car telling me once again it's low quality gas. Very frustrating that I'm not getting the best performance out of my car when I use what is supposed to be premium fuel. Maybe I'm the only one that has experienced this? Up until late Fall this station was always my go-to for the best local gas. Maybe it's just the winter blend?

I would give zero stars if it were an option. The guys who work here went out of their way not to help us. The one worker was sitting in the booth while the other refused to pump my gas. There used to be good people working here... where are they? I have never seen anyone act like that at a gas station before!

Do not go to this shell to use fuel rewards. I have 2 diesel vehicles. Diesel is obviously super expensive right now so I try to shop to get the most rewards possible, to turn into money off gas. Had issues in the past but after the visit on 7/29/22 no one in my 5 vehicle household will go here again. My truck takes 30 gallons and the gas light was on. In the past I suspected them of stopping the gas before full with my jeep which takes over 20 gallons of diesel. This time was obvious. Guy indicated to the other one to stop the gas. My boyfriend told them the tank wasn't full and they argued saying it was full. Receipt attached. My gas light was on, and tank is 30 gallons. How was I full at 14.67 gallons? That's $5 they stole from me. And this is not the first time. Just the first time I could definitely prove it.

It would be 0 Stars, if that is an option. The customer service that I received today at 4:25PM was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!! It was my first time using Fuel Rewards, and I couldn't find adequate instruction to how to use it, so I didn't know how to use it. Because I didn't know how to use it, I was taking a long time to try to figure it out, and the attendant, instead of offering any help, was just rushing me to find the ID. Then after the attendant finished pumping gas, I snatched the receipt from him, he started cursing at me. I cannot believe that a business that profits from serving their customers, employs someone that can be so rude, and then curses off the customer that shows dissatisfaction caused by his own doing. I NEVER want to see this guy EVER AGAIN, and I demand that Shell provides better training for their employees to teach them to do "work" properly, including serving the customers, instead of just teaching them to pump gas. Because let's get real, if this wasn't new Jersey, I'm sure everyone can, and would prefer to pump their own gas, rather than being served by this guy.

The gas price is not the cheapest, But you get a good service, There are Shell gasoline stations all over the United States so If your car is not Electric your safe, I don't know if there is Electric power to serve Hybrid and Electric cars.
