Great Service! What would you expect if you roll into a service center with a mostly flat tire at 630pm on a Friday night? And you are only ¼ of your way to your destination anxious to see family? The amazing staff greeted us immediately and while we were told the Service Center was closing we shared our situation and the staff didn't hesitate to help us! A BIG thanks to Nefertia, Stephen and their technician at High Ridge Shell for coming through, checking us in and fixing our flat! We were back on our way shortly after. Amazing! And they introduced themselves and asked us our names that made the experience so personal and enjoyable to support a local business team. I recommend stopping by and giving them your business, repairs, fuel, snacks!

Courteous staff, very pleasant ... saved a bundle using gas points. Wish Shell didn't charge $0.10 per gallon to use credit card

Steve and Nefertia could not have been more helpful! I had a bolt in my tire that needed to be plugged in a short amount of time. They were kind, fast, professional and so reasonably priced. They both went out of their way to help me even though I’m not a regular customer. However, I will be back and continue to recommend them to all of my friends and family.
