On Feb.2,2025 had a flat tire. As older ones, my husband and I had to call for roadside assistance. Tri-State Shell were great in their time and workmanship in getting us back on the road. We were especially impressed with Maddie. As a youth, she was polite and most efficient in her work. Kudos to her parents for training her so well. Our thanks go to her and Mike for all their help. 10 out of 10 all the way around... Patty who took my call and relayed my urgency of my need for auto repairs. I was stranded there from out of town and Jeff told me to come in immediately. I'm glad I did. I've been to a lot of auto mechanics all over the country. It's very rare you find someone who understands your situation. Jeff is professional and i couldn't believe the speed at which my vehicle was repaired. I wish all auto repair shops were like this one. 👏👏👏🙏 God bless. My morning started out with a tire issue… called them up and they got me in immediately. Not only that but when it came to getting a new tire Jeff called me while I was in route to offer to put a spare on as the only tire they could get today was more money than the ones I had on!!! I have never in my life come across a shop that was not out to make a few extra dollars… Not only that but he took the time out to find out why the tire was in the condition it was in and gave me a very fare estimate on fixing the issue!!! HONEST… TRUSTWORTHY… and RELIABLE

Bought tires at competitive prices and some other general maintenance done. Jeff and staff were very pleasant to work with. Will continue using them.

This one star is the price of leaving a review for this extortionate business. These people had the audacity to charge my mother in law $110 to unlock my wifes door less then a mile from their location. For 25 dollars less she could have smashed the window and replaced it. My wife, already dealing with the exhaustion of working two jobs, found herself in need of assistance when she was locked out of her vehicle. Rather than offering fair and professional service, your garage took advantage of the situation by demanding an outrageous fee for a task that takes mere minutes. This level of price gouging is nothing short of predatory, and frankly, it speaks volumes about the kind of operation you're running. Your deceptive and exploitative business practices are nothing short of disgraceful.
