I would put zero stars that's the 2nd and last time I will do business at this place I was told my reward card was declined REALLY explain how a reward card gets declined cause he couldn't. I was going to be paying with cash I was on empty not that I need to explain myself it would have totaled at least 40 to $50 worth of fuel and he proceeds to tell me he won't have change to give me back are u serious so loose the sale let me leave and never come back there again thank you for nothing and all of them are so rude most of the time bad business practice to have if u want returning customers

I would just like to give a big kudos to Lou of Shell Station on Prospect Plains Road in Monroe Township, NJ. I always use this Shell station due to my Stop and Shop loyalty rewards. When I pulled into the station, I asked the attendant to fill it up with regular. I gave him my information to receive my discount and gave him my credit card I expected to receive a full tank for approximately $35, since the price was $3.19 a gallon, and I had $.90 off as my reward. When the charge came through my total charge was $55. I was shocked and questioned the attendant. He could not explain what happened. The receipt did show I received a $13 discount but something was wrong. When I looked closer I saw he filled my car with premium instead of regular. I asked for the manager and went into the office. Lou was extremely attentive and accommodating and apologized for the error and credited my credit card the $17 overcharge. I am so appreciative for his help and now I have another reason why this Shell station is my favorite and ONLY gas station I will use.

Horrible service and rude guy. I feel bad they overwork the one guy all over the place but no reason to be rude and it took forever. AVOID unless you have 20+ minutes
