This place is horrible. Went here tonight and all the pumps were out. How do you keep a gas station open if all the pumps are non-functional? The Sunoco down the road is much better maintained and has cheaper prices. Never again.

I want to use this gas station but most of the pumps don't work! How can the owner make money when noone can get gas! One pump has had a red light (not operating) for YEARS, another is green but there's no digital display! Another looks good to go but nothing pumps! Is this a scam?? And yet I see cars hanging out at the various broken pumps, why??? So wierd and stupid. Why can't the manager or owner fix the pumps!!!!!?????

Man I tried every pump to put gas and none of them worked. The gas pumps are ran down. Inside is not any better. Every person that what’s there is blasting music, you can barely hear the person. Also get mad when you pay with a card. They act like you committing a crime. That’s place needs to be shut down. The really weird part about this place is a night there is always someone at the front door trying to open the door for you and freak out when you do not tip them. I am able to open my own door thank you. I have never been to a gas station that this happens.

UPDATE: I still get my gas at Shell, mostly the East Falls location, but there are a few pumps that have been broken for a long time. This is unacceptable! I came for the Nitro. My car runs better on it. The Shell at 11th and Vine is horrible (pump machines are really run down).

This fuel is awesome my car always seems to run a little better every time I get fuel from Shell. sometimes their prices are a couple pennies more but a couple of pennies do not add up to be much when you compare it to getting better mileage and your car running better keep up the good work thank you
