I beeped my horn at least 4 times to get the attendants attention, giving some time in between to not feel pushy. But he really just kept scrolling on his phone! I saw it in my side mirror! Owner, please address this. I know I'm not the only local person upset with the service at this Shell lately. The Delta across the street will be my go-to until this issue is resolved.

Chances why you are reviewing this gas station is most likely because of the rude customer service you experienced. 1 star due to the current gas attendant. He must hate the owner because he makes customers want to leave, supported by other views here. If you had a bad experience, you are not alone. Absolutely the worst gas attendants. Take forever for them to come out the booth to pump your gas. To busy playing on their phones.

Alert if you want pooor service and be yelled at by the gas attendant who barely speaks any english this is your place.. Note it pains be to have to review this pace after coming to this one location over 7 years but service has declined and i mean really declined.. I only seen 1 person who speaks clear english and willing to help and figure out the problem and not be disrespectful and hes only during the day. However since i work late i only get the night crew and they are rude as all hell. If You call the owner for help guess what you just get hangs up or told you your wrong and that nothing wrong with his card reader...well buddy there is an issue if chase fraud department calls it out and notified me .. yet you disregard this information... people what does that say??? This Shell Gas station owner does not care if you are treated poorly by his staff and to me if a fraud department is detecting an issue with the reader there is an issue... WATCH OUT...

The attendant is always nasty. I have been shorted change back more than once. I later found out that my daughter has had the same experience there. Seems like the attendant is making extra money by keeping a dollar here and there. AND they are more expensive than other stations in the area.
