Gas attendant ignored me to fiddle on his phone in the booth and then skipped me to help 2 other customers even after i attempted to get his attention. Other customers even noticed…. Rude. I won’t be back.

I’ve gone here in the past and have felt a bit sus about this place. It seems as if they target high school aged kids. They would watch them every single second that they are in the store. I was here with two of my other friends, and it was just us in the store. The cashier glared at us the whole time. We were just trying to get snacks for a picnic at the park and once we went up to pay for our stuff, the cashier and the old lady beside him told me to open my bag with a rude look on their faces and attitude in their voices. They asked me where one of the bottles I had was from, but they clearly watched us walk in with the empty Propel flavored water bottle. I don’t understand why or how they thought I would steal an empty bottle. I was forced to explain myself although they clearly knew it belonged to us from the start. This is unbelievable and disappointing as I am a frequent customer. I will certainly and most definitely not be coming back.

Got scammed….. I had used my card here. I said 8 dollars please in gas reg. He goes what’s my zip I told him. He goes it doesn’t work (nasty) and proceeds to say “go inside and fix it” I said can you please try again. He goes and tries it again and says you “go inside” very rudely. I said I do not understand why you are getting mad and upset with me for my card not “working” the first time. Than to not feel like I’m being bothersome to this man…. I just used my other card…. Than later when I looked in my account he took out the 8 for the reg gas… and a dollar extra…. So now I go to call them…. And they don’t even have a real number. So I guess I’ll see them at my next visit, this just inconvenienced me a lot more than they’ll know.

Diesel car/truck owners stay away from this gas station. They sell diesel mixed with a water and they fill my tank with that s**t. It happened twice to me, fortunately I always have a fuel additive water remover in my truck, so after engine shut down I was able to start it and drive. Engine started working as it should after 2 refueling of a good diesel with addition of fuel booster and injectors cleaner. Never again!

I came in shell station today and the worker who comes on after 1pm was so nasty and disrespectful to me he made a mistake with my lottery he had to cancel the tickets then refused to play my numbers over this is not the first time this happen the workers are so nasty and disrespectful to the customers I will never go back their again. Made me cry😢
