I am incredibly disappointed with the misleading information provided by this business. My daughter had an urgent need to visit early in the morning because she absolutely cannot be late for an important event that requires hours of driving. We specifically chose this place because their Google Maps listing clearly stated they were open 24/7. We arrived at 5 AM, expecting to be able to get what she needed and be on our way without any delays. However, to our shock and frustration, we discovered that the facility was completely closed, with no one around to assist. After waiting in the cold for a while, we found out that they don’t even open until 6 AM. This false advertising not only caused unnecessary stress but also put my daughter in a situation where she was at risk of being late for something extremely important. If your business is not actually open 24/7, please update your hours to reflect reality. This lack of reliability is unacceptable, and I would caution anyone who needs to rely on their advertised hours to look elsewhere. This experience has left us feeling let down and misled, and I hope the management takes steps to prevent this from happening to others.

Filled up here while visiting relatives in the area (we are from Eastern Ohio) and the lady in the convenience store was really nice :)

I just had the most frustrating experience here and will never buy gas or services from them again. I went to put air in my tire and after paying for the service upfront (a requirement of the self-service equipment), I attempted to inflate my tire and instead of getting better it got even lower. I tried a few more times and there was no improvement so I went inside the station and waited my turn to get help (there were 5 people ahead of me all if whom the attendant was very polite and helpful with). When it was my turn I explained the situation and asked if he could help me. His response was he couldn't give me money or free air. I explained (again) that I had paid for the air but that the machine was not inflating my tire. He shrugged and said I needed to give him 6 quarters and was extremely dismissive. I explained again that I paid already and that I needed help (e.g. perhaps the machine isn't working and I am owed a credit, perhaps I wasn't using the equipment well, etc.). He said he didn't know how to help me and couldn't give me anything for free. Seriously. I paid for a service at your place of business which either is not working or I need assistance with and your only response is to assume I didn't pay and shrug? Not even offer to check it out or give me a credit back for the money I spent when clearly no service was being provided. What kind of business are you running?

Awful service, the person at the cash register could not understand me to help me get gas. Asked for $25 cash regular she tried to sell me a scratch off ticket. Gave her my stop & shop card, needless to say didn't get my discount. The manager was of no help what so ever. Will not be using that service station any longer.

Bought a soda and it was out off date by Months went back in to change it and the guy behind counter threatening to call cops lol just for peace I give him extra $3 for a drink I didn’t even take 🤣
