I have been going to this place now for around 3+ years and can only say AMAZING things about them. They are absolutely the kindest people and go over and beyond to help out their customers. We recently had a flat tire and my wife was in a bind to get our toddler to school. Since we live around the corner they were able to come over and help her out immediately. Within a short while, the tire was patched/fixed and she was on her way!

Dave wanted to charge me $50 for fixing a flat tire flat tires are normally 15 to 25.00 to fix he tried to rip me off I gave him 35.00 and $10 for the gentleman who fixed it for me I am furious that he takes advantage of people and thinks that we are not smart enough to know how much it is to fix a flat tire I went to a Mobil gas station and he told me that it would have been $15 to pull the nail out and plug it. I will never use this station again. Shame on Dave

First small snow storm this year. Got gas this morning, attendant had trouble finding the gas hole(minor snow on it) so I came out of car to help him to find they didn’t use an ounce of salt and had black ice all over the gas station. Almost slipped so grabbed grill of my car to save the fall and cut myself. Don’t open a business before you salt it. That is dangerous for both employees and customers. Very negligent and prices are always hyper inflated. Gas around here is like $3.60 except for here $3.99 ripoff

Ripped off my elderly mother for at least 10 years if not more. My mother drove her car 50 - 100 miles each month. My mother never knew anything about vehicle maintenance and was in her 70s - 80s when she brought her car to this Shell station on Scarsdale Avenue "every month", 12 times a year, for at least 10 years, asking for an oil change, and this station gave it to her, without EVER telling her she did not need it! I never knew about this until now as my mother is now in her 90s and I have taken over her finances and have been reviewing her check stubs, and she then told me she did this. Shell took advantage of my mother for at least a decade and took I do not know how many THOUSANDS of dollars needlessly from her. It is truly unfortunate I can not take any legal action as my mother asked for this service and "technically" Shell did not do anything illegal, but what they did was severely UNETHICAL. A formal complaint will be made with the Shell corporate office and I am researching what regulatory agencies to file complaints with.
