Shell

One evening I asked for $15 of regular and the attendant put in $50 then asked me to pay the difference. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said don't worry about it. The service within the last year has been horrible. I've been using Shell at this location for years and never have I had any issues until this year.

Was one of my favorites,but with new owners they got rid of all of the coolest employees, I literally used to go at 4,or 5 in the am and get a hot tea,a paper and sit outside by his booth and talk for bout 2 to three hours now they act like there angry you even came to get gas or anything from the store

Very convenient, and it has been the same guy working there for many years, he’s fast and polite! Love that.

Just leaving a start as they're filling up my tank. The guy seems upset. I waited 10mins even though he was inside the cabin and noticed we (other car too)were there.

Use to be a regular here as I only run Shell in my car. Won't be coming back tho, went to get 10 dollars of 93(as I always do) and noticed I had received 4 gallons of gas, knowing that couldn't be right(as 93 is almost 3$) I asked for the receipt, they told me to go inside for it, where they told me that isn't associated with the gas station(as it's a kick-ass 7/11) and when I returned they had a receipt that stated a higher grade of gas that wasn't my purchase (which was 4.02 gallons for 10$) so not only did they not put the proper grade in, they also lied to my face and tried to give me a false receipt. Won't be going back, will find a new Shell station.
