No bathroom. My toddler needed one urgently. I asked the cashier if we could use an employee bathroom and he ignored me rather than responding. I understand telling an adult no, but little kids are a different story.

This people should be investigated, they charged me for premium fuels instead regular. When I confronted the cashier he’s acting stupid, oh the thing touch premium. He purposely hit the premium button at the register pretending being dumb. Watch out for the scammers, they will charge more for something, make sure yall double check the pinpads too. Don’t go there, Scammers Scammers

I recently had a regrettable experience at a gas station where I tried to purchase $37 worth of gas, but the pump ceased delivery at $27. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, hoping they would check the security tapes or register to verify, I was met with an unexpected and unjustified hostility. Instead of assisting, the cashier blamed me for not specifying the amount sooner and dismissed my concerns with a disrespectful tone. It's clear that customer service training is sorely needed in this establishment. If the cashier is also the owner, it might be worth considering the future of the business if respectful communication with customers isn't possible. As someone who shares the experience of being an immigrant, I find such conduct especially disheartening, as it casts a negative light on the wider immigrant community.
