I bought gas here a while ago . The person at this service station ( Shell station in Gladwyne Pa.) charged my credit card 125.00 The attendant said “ Every station does this and you’ll get the balance back in your card in a day or two “ I called my bank they said they never heard of such a thing .My total for gas was 74.53 This place is a total ripoff And I never got the balance back . Terrible . Never do business with them

Just got my oil changed and it was a pleasant experience dealing with Tony & Joe. I requested that my wiper blades be replaced and they said all I needed was them to be cleaned not replaced. Folks just don't do that these days and I appreciated the honesty because they could have changed them anyway and charged me but they didn't. Very upstanding guys here. I'll be back for sure!

The price said $4.10/gal. There was no attendant there so I pumped my own gas, but was charged $4.689/gal. I went inside and complained. The owner said that was because I was at the full service section. I get that full service usually costs more, but they didn't advertise the price difference and didn't have full service. If they don't have an attendant serving customers they should at least refund the difference. Everyone at the supposedly full service pump had to pump their own gas.

You know when your on your last dollar but your also negative in your account so you can’t transfer money yet but need it for gas so you can get to work and make money? Yeah now add your car overheating. Good ole Coolant is what I need and the WONDERFUL people that work here (Joe) is willing to help me. Casually mentioning where I’m from and seeing my distress with the current situation and my focus on cost. Says come back Friday (I said I can come back Friday with money and not have to call friends just to be able to buy some coolant) this is customer service. He doesn’t know I’m writing this review and the work isn’t even completed yet but the generosity and faith that man has is astounding. I thank you Joe for helping me and I do need a new car shop since I recently moved to Devon. Well I think I found it. Thank you. Also the coolant fixed my AC which would run sometimes. $7 for coolant but a definite customer from me. Go here if you wanna be treated right.

Had a flat tire and I pulled in to the station a few minutes after 4pm today and two very nice gentlemen changed my tire for me. They were very helpful and friendly and I really appreciate all their help and support. Because of this, I will be coming back in the future for my auto needs!
