I had a very bad experience.... I was pumping gas... suddenly at the intersection of Sutphin Blvd and Liberty Ave. a car hits a cyclist... I ran to help him since he was left stranded in the middle of the road and I stayed there with him until the ambulance arrived... but suddenly the man who worked at the gas station was very upset, he insulted me and starting complaining about the fact that I had left the car in the pomp... and that it was no one's problem and that I should move my car from there as soon as possible... it seems very inhuman to me. How could I leave that man on the street there at the fate of cars that could have hit him while he was unable to move. I'm not coming back I will never go to that gas station again and I am going to tell my family what happened so that they never go to that place again.

The gas pump did not signal any indication that my vehicle was filled. This issue can cause your charcoal canister to lose its ability to pump gas efficiently. Not only that, the gas station itself has faulty pumps and Mis-read Econ fuel and money which is federally unlawful. Inspections on these machines need to be redone if they want loyal customers and save themselves from a lawsuit. The manager works on Monday from 6AM - 2PM, if he does not show up this will be already known to the manager and he’s about to get caught lawfully.

I had a terrible experience at Shell. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to fill up my tank, and my credit card got stuck in the machine for over 15mins. After several attempts, an employee (Ahmed) was finally able to retrieve the card. I was running late for an appointment and I asked to speak to a manager bcuz it was such an inconvenience and I felt that it was only right that I got a discount or something. Instead i was told there was "nothing" he could do and a manager was not available. Furthermore, instead of contacting the manager, he gave me the number to call and no one was answering. I'm unsure about whether or not it was a real number. It was his job to contact the manager, not mine. This was a complete disruption of my day and I couldn't pursue it further bcuz like i said i was already late for my appointment and my tank was on "Empty". I do not recommend this Shell due to the poor customer service and complete disregard for my time. Hope whoever reads this has better luck.
