I visited THIS Shell gas station last night (ive been to SEVERAL Shells) and had purchased some cigarettes. I discovered that my card had been compromised the next day. I immediately returned to the gas station to address the issue and spoke to the same woman that was there last night. When I initially spoke this Hispanic woman the night of my visit, she understood english very well. However, when I returned the following day to confront the situation, I was met with a lack of understanding. I hope this feedback encourages better customer service and security measures for future customers. A more consistent and empathetic approach in handling these situations would greatly improve the overall customer experience.

I asked the Hispanic lady who I think runs the store. Basically the face of the store... I asked her one day can she help me or show me how to put air in my tires. ( Mind you I spend lots of money here on gas ) She turnt around to her coworker and and spainish said I'm not doing that for her Lol!!!! SPAINISH DUDE WHO WAS BEHIND ME PEEP IT AND TOLD ME COME I WILL SHOW YOU AND DID!!!! Thanks to him I know how to put air in my tires Lol 😆 Overall she lost me as a customer, cause she act as if I told her get on her knees and pump my tires.... Weird, but hey this is who ya support GO PRESIDENT 🇱🇷

Station was just rebuilt and everything is brand new. As it should be everything was very clean. There is a good selection inside the store. The staff was friendly. The gas prices though are on the high side compared to the Mobil up the street.

How can the owners OF THIS SINGLE SHELL in carmel charge 4 dollars more per pack of cigarettes that the mobil and bp down the road charge 13 dollars for. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING EVER FROM THIS STORE 9 DOLLAR SANDWICHES THAT SIT 24 HOURS TOO 75% OF FOOD ON SHELVES EXPIRED. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOK INDIANS.

This is the worst station in the world, I got charged double on my gas one day, they never pay out on any lotto tickets, they always try to steal my lotto tickets, they always force continue playing never cashing any tickets, I highly recommend never to shop at this store ever. The lotto commission needs to shut this station down, they do not represent NEW York Lottery very well. Everyone in the area knows It’s a no play zone.!!!
