I tapped my credit card at the pump for the first time. The pump was acting funny, but allowed me to pump gas. At $15 bucks the pump stopped. I immediately realized the cashier had accidentally put money on my pump. I was about walk to the cashier and let them know, but before I could the cashier came outside and told me of the matter. I explained to him I had no trouble paying, and went inside to do so. While inside the cashier said I had to give him $15 in cash. I explained to him I only had a credit card and if he could to charge me $45 and put $30 on the pump. He told me no because it would throw off his “drawer”. The person the $15 gas was ment for asked me to Zelle him the money and he would fix the matter. I proceeded to pay the person. The whole conversation happened in front of the cashier. After I paid the guy, I went on to pump gas in my car via me credit card. After a couple of minutes the cashier came out yelling at me that I was suppose to pay him. I explained to him to take up the matter with the other guy as it was not my fault he made a mistake. Long story short, the guy I gave the 15 bucks to left and the cashier told me he would call the cops on me if I left. I told him to tell the cops I said hello and proceeded to leave. Not my fault he doesn’t know how to do his job and for being really rude. I was willing to help him fix the issue but he didn’t want to , So oh well

Horrible horrible horrible. I went to get gas for the first time at speedway and I didn’t know how to pump the gas. I was trying to ask the worker if she could help me she would ignore me when I would walk up. She kept rolling her eyes. Then she brought out a sign saying they’re closed. I only asked her how to use the pump and she started yelling in my face saying they’re closed. And I repeated to her that I’m not asking to go in but only asking how to use the pump. Never in my life have I experienced an elder women yell in my face over a CUSTOMER asking a question. She told me they were closed it was 8pm and they close at 10 on Fridays.

The girl who usually works on Sunday she is an amazing cashier . She is very polite and always have a smile on her face .

Horrible customer service. Rude and without any class. If i could i would leave 0 stars. Never again even if i jad ti drive 20 miles other direction.
