Well being on the south side of death on me could be cleaner but you know it's a gas station you pull in fill up and leave the gas pumps don't have receipt printers they're there but there's no paper in them you have to go inside to get a receipt which is okay but if you're in a hurry

I was very disappointed as I went in to get my morning cigarettes this morning, and the rude, older lady cashier kept asking my boyfriend for his ID as he is of the Spanish races we live right down the street and go here every morning and every night to get wraps and cigarettes and drinks etc. this is the first time this is happened to us and I’m really disappointed in the store as a whole granted not every employee like this but it is 2024 now and this needs to be stopped will no longer be going here if she continues to work here

Today I tried to ask the lady serving $70 dollars worth of fuel in the box, but unfortunately my English is not good, I tried to explain what I was asking for with my translator and she simply ignored me and did not want to give me the service, that was today Tuesday 06/25/24 around 9:30, that is discrimination and lack of ethics.

About a month ago I went to purchase gas and cigarettes from the Broadway location. I specifically told the cashier that I needed the gas in the middle of the pump. He rang me up for a total of 54. When I asked him again about the gas, he told me he had to reverse the transaction and recharge it again. He reassurd me there was not going to be a problem. He gives me a receipt after the fact reflecting an additional charge if 34.00. I called the location several times to no avail. I then contacted the customer service number and was told there was nothing they could do because it was a Sunday. He instructed me to call back on Monday in which I did. Customer service informed me that once they got ahold of management they would call me back. No phone call was received. I called again on Tuesday and was informed that the manager instructed her to contact the district manager and that there was numerous attempts, however no one has returned her call. This is the worst service ever. Here it is a month later and no resolution. They were quick to charge my credit card twice but totally ignoring the fact that I am being charged interest and fees from my card. Totally disappointed in this company. I have since filed a report with the better business bureau and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I suggest that buyers beware of these crazy scams out there by companies thinking you can trust.

7:03am and this place is once again closed. Needs a manager or a new manager.. sad. Been here 10 minutes and about 4 ppl had tried getting gas. This is becoming an undependable place.
