I came to your store to get my wife cigarettes and I bought scratch off out of the machine. The girl asked me what I bought and I told her Christmas scratch off. She told me it wasn’t validated. I had to bring the ticket to her so she can validated.it after validating it I said thank you and she said no you have to scratch her off the check to see if it was validated. I said I want to bring the ticket home so I scratched it off and she said check to see if it’s validated through the machine, it said I won $50. I got a voucher went up for her to pay me and she told me I’m not paying you then went in the back. I asked girl at the counter to ask the girl in the back. Which was assistant manager if she was gonna cash it and she said wait she’s getting verification from the manager. To see if she can 15 minutes later I’m still waiting so I ask the cashier again if she can see what she is doing I was told the girl in the back room said got a problem call the lottery I asked why the assistant manager won’t cash my ticket The cashier said she told her she was busy. I need this problem solved. I felt discriminated against if this Problem is not taken care of. I’m reporting this to her for discriminating against me.

Yesterday, Sunday, around 2pm, I went to fill up my car with $35 of regular gas. I gave my bank card to the cashier and he charged me. But as soon as $5 worth of gas came in, the machine froze, no more gas was dispensed. I went to the cashier to explain the situation and he started yelling at me and scolding me, that "the system would only charge you for the amount of gas delivered". But I check my bank account and they are still charging me the $35, even though I only received $5 worth of gas. So they lie to me and steal my money, but on top of that they yell at me and scold me. Shameless.

Went there yesterday couldnt use the machine outside to pay for gas, went inside to use debit 20$ in gas look on my statement today i was charged 26.58... i guess the lady thought she would just take a tip for herself, ill will be going there today!!! I am pissed!!!!!

Terrible customer service especially when it comes to lottery. They also treat the elderly like garbage. Incident report was submitted.
