The day of the appointment to install I did not get a text, email or any form of contact/ communication. Waiting since 10 am. & had to call First American home warranty to reach out to Sears & they said they can’t get a hold of anyone either. Please work on communicating with the customer. I took a day off of work to get this done.

Ruben was amazing but your customer service is the worst I've ever seen. It blows my mind that you all don't have any better communication lines for customers. But that isn't Rubens fault. It's the customer care department. We where without a refrigerator for 30days. Parts where ordered and received a week before scheduled appointment. Appointment was verified and yet no call and tech no showed. So we had to wait another 2 weeks for a tech. Nothing against Ruben but I refuse to use sears repair again.

The refrigerator was unrepairable, but the technician was fast and friendly, so it was a good experience from that perspective.

Fairview Ave is better, it’s 24 hours and the staff doesn’t seem like stoners. Unlike this one. in my OPINION. Keep I everything working until close. Oh and the pumps are slow. Based on my experience.
