Speedway

Chris Such is an employee of this speedway. How can an employee bash the place that signs his checks. No one will speak on this employee being high all the time and making drug transactions. He is what you call a bad representation for speedway. He looks dirty all the time. He looks like he just rolled out of bed. He literally will be so high and dozing off in the middle of the parking lot. I been a valued customer of speedway for over 15 years. This store is a neighborhood store and has a great reward system. They just need to release the bad employee they have. All the other employee are great friendly pleasant and look clean everyday.

I definitely made a mistake stopping here for gas. I got $25 worth of gas but I have a $56 charge to my card.... I ask the people inside what was up with the charge and they didn't know they gave me a customer service phone number and the credit part of the service only has choices for gift cards and speedway gas cards so there wasn't an option for me so I kept getting transfer to customer service back to the credit card service. Guess I will have to dispute the charges

Gas always same price as wawa. They say they're open from 6am till 10pm everyday, but I've gone at 9:45pm and they would be closed. If they say they're gonna be open till 10pm then they should be open till 10pm. The nice white gas attendant has stayed and pumped my gas while all the lights were turned off on him. (He's not there anymore and he was their best gas attendant) I hear he's at the BP at 5 points now with the 7-11, that BP ALWAYS has the least expensive, highest quality gas. And he's there till midnight or later. Back to Suckway, The customer service inside could be better. Some cashiers are so much nicer then others. They also don't know how to schedule their fuel attendants, they have 2 attendants during the slow hours and only 1 attendant during rush hour, makes no sense.Ryan, Tom & Luann, the store clerks are very very nice. I've been there many times and they are always very pleasant and friendly. Ryan and Luann are the only ones that don't make it like it's a problem if you go in for lottery. And there hot chocolate/cappuccino machine was never "working" until Ryan came to the store. I always see her working very hard. But when I get gas, the guy Marcel takes forever and just lets you sit there cuz he's the only one pumping gas. I'd rather get my gas somewhere else cheaper and a lot quicker. But thumbs up to, Ryan, Tom, Luann, & Mikey, I always see them doing their jobs. I definitely recommend going while Ryan or Luann are working inside the store. And now Ryan and Luann are gone. Store has definitely gone down hill since all the good people are gone.

I was waiting in line, mask on. Rude cashier has a customer helping her fix cc machine. Next thing I know she rudely says "ma'am back up from him" and gives me a dirty look I was on the sticker they provided. I left! Too many other options locally for a drink & smokes. No need to be rude & the looks...too much. I'll spend my $ elsewhere

I did not know how difficult it was getting gas until I came here. The Asian employee who was attending me asked if I had a "speedy rewards" card and I said I did not, he goes on and said "I'll hook you up" I kindly declined because I do not go there often and just did not want more cards. He then just activates me a card and throws it in the garbage. I specificity said I did not want one and he replies with " I need to get my card scan up, every time I use my card it shows how many of the reward cards I have to give out." He then pulls out about 50 from his pocket and said he has to get rid of all them by tonight. To top it off he forgot how much gas I asked for and I still do not know how the card works. He was selfish, arrogant, and rude. That is not how you treat people. Very unhappy customer.
