This is the WORST staff in the world!! The woman spoke no English and misunderstood my request for gas and when I came back for change rather than explaining to me she had charged me only $30 and not $35 she began YELLING in my face “why do you need change” with a bunch of another language in there I couldn’t understand. Then the manager gets involved and immediately backs up his employee and doubles down by making me, a disabled man with a cane walk back to the car to get my receipt (could have just reprinted one) He then proceeds to snatch the receipt out of my hand and SLAMS it down on the counter. He tells me I’m wrong and I’ve got all my money. All they had to do was explain in a nice manner. They are terrible at customer service and I will NEVER return to this location ever again!! Even if I’m on E and I have to drive to Glen Cove. Disgusting. Do not go here if you want a decent staff and any form of understandable communication. Also I called customer service and the woman tells me it’s not a customer service issue. Well if this is not a customer service issue, can someone explain to me what is?? Be wary of this terrible location and consider that their corporate isn’t much better. Maybe it’s time to go to BP. I would give this negative stars if I could.

This gas station never has gas, is out of order or something else. You name the issue, it’s happened here and will continue to happen here. If I was driving on fumes and this is the first gas station I saw, I would press my luck and keep driving.

If the card machines outside ever worked right I'd give 5 stars. They never do, so I have to go in and pay for gas inside and the customer service is non-existant. I've been ignored more times than I can count, by one employee in particular.

I’m new-ish to the town and my experiences here have been a mixed bag. It’s pretty clean and the shelves are fully stocked. The morning crew are helpful and polite!
