I had an issue with my Grubhub order this morning and the manager (Bree) got on the phone and took care of it immediately! Bree was polite, professional and accommodating! She encompasses what customer service should consist of and is an asset to your establishment! 5 star experience! Steven O

I ALWAYS have an issue with the card reader with the pumps. Then i can rarely find any employees inside. Each time I give them another shot I regret going back.

I stop here 5 mornings a week. In the last 3 months this location has gotten progressively worse and worse. For 2 weeks the ice machine was not working...2 weeks! This morning I notified the attendant the soda machine need to be refilled. I was told that it takes too long. I was the only one in the store!!!! There was no prepared food at all! This happens quite frequently. So sad that a convenience store is so inconvenient

The employee inside was very rude and unprofessional. I made a call, and the service person in the store, a young lady, hung up the phone twice. The third call I made she was extremely rude and would not tell me the price of premium gas. I used the application upside, and she refused to assist me. I will never purchase my gas at this station. Professionalism and respect will help this business keep it's customer.

I would give a - 6 if I could. Worst representation of Speedway brand that there is. The sneeze guards don’t cover all of the food only the top. There is always a weird smell when you walk in the store not sure if it’s the bathrooms are not. There’s a short manager with dark hair that can’t manage. They also seem to hire a lot of elderly individuals with no customer service priorities at all. I am almost 100% sure that the store does not get mystery shop or they would not act the way they do not greeting customers not asking if you have a card to use and before using their own store card and stealing my point before I can even put in my own number. There is also a female there that has some extreme body odor and the manager should let her know Because it is offensive to the customers. This is the fifth time that I’ve walked in there and not been greeted by the cashier but they have their hands all over my products and then give you a total I say you know you get a lot more customers if you greet them and the old lady said “and”. Clearly the welfare check is not enough and she needs to work there she should watch her attitude. I called the corporate number three times from their store today and the corporate office is having some phone issues.
